Théophile loves tinkering with low-level FOSS systems & networks, and has been a volunteer sysadmin in various non-profits for years in parallel with his studies and PhD.

Deeply convinced of the core values of free software, digital freedom, and digital independence, Théophile joined the Software Heritage team in 2026 as a system administrator, driven by a passion for software preservation.
